    Enclosed cabin. Doors make a big difference. You can fly mine in your Speedos while sipping pina colladas.

    618 s have the strongest crank of all the 2 smoke Rotax . That's why they weigh more than a 582. The same crank in a 670 runs up to 135 hp.

    It's just a 43 second upload from my phone. It should work but I don't know much about these things.

    You wouldn't know if you didn't watch it. The people interviewed made some good points about the Mental health of airline pilots . Many pilots are afraid to speak up if they have a problem because it can mean a long time without employment and thousands of dollars to prove they are fit to fly again. There have been 8 suicide crashes that have killed hundreds of people.

    Yes. They climb good but only 65 knts flat out.

    That's my thought too. Because it doesn't really run rough. At 1600 rpm tach reading it should be trying to jump off the airframe but it's not.

    I looked it up. Trigger gaps are adjustable to change timing. I am going to see if it will climb on either mag. If it does I will leave it alone. If it doesn't will have to look into it. Trigger gaps should be 20 thou.

    When I do a mag check on my 618 One drops 200 rpm but the other one drops about 800 rpm. Still seems to run fine at the lower rpm. Has anyone else had this happen, Wondering if it's just something to do with the tacho reading being wrong on that circuit. Other than that the engine runs great. 139 hours.

    Bought a Garmin aero mount and a ram mount off them a couple of weeks ago. Great service. And price

    if you look at your member portal you will see what i mean.

    . RPC not RPL . RPL is ga. It is not attached to your RPC. If you log into your member portal the l1 will be in the endorsement column and your RPC goes in the ratings column.

    FINALLY got my rpc. it took 50 hrs because of all the breaks in between. now i can fly the xair to my hearts content. i know the basic rpc is just solo practice in the 25nm zone but that is fine with me for a while until i start x country lessons.

    these don't stay open either. you push the fuel tester against the spring pressure to get fuel.
