BrendAn Posted Saturday at 01:54 AM Posted Saturday at 01:54 AM (edited) Can someone explain why new members are not getting these papers with the seven signatures. I know one bloke that signed up yesterday and they just took his payment and nothing else. He got told he has to do a bfr and medical before he can fly. He was a flying member years ago. Same thing with someone else 2 weeks ago. Edited Saturday at 01:54 AM by BrendAn 1
facthunter Posted Saturday at 02:01 AM Posted Saturday at 02:01 AM That rule applies to anyone who is not current. With RAAus you have to Be paid up as a Member and comply with the other 2 as any pilot does. Nev

You tell me how a new member is exempt from the terms and conditions sign off. 1
facthunter Posted Saturday at 02:09 AM Posted Saturday at 02:09 AM How is that MY job? You are the One running the story. I don't even know IF they are. Nev 1

Same thing with someone else 2 weeks ago. It seems to be the usual RAAus inconsistencies. I was speaking to a CFI the other day who was told that he needed to get the membership application form signed in all places before taking people for a TIF. Another CFI I spoke to hadn't even been made aware of the new forms with the new signature requirements. 2
