Skippy, the comment was abusive, frustration is not an excuse. If a user can't be civil to other forum users, they've worn out their welcome. It's not hard. Both Facthunter and Turbo are "senior citizens", and they both have very extensive levels of experience, skills and knowledge, gained over 60 or more years, that they sharely freely.

 

But some "young bucks" seem to think it's O.K. to abuse and denigrate them, when they don't agree with their statements. We can agree to disagree, without becoming disagreeable.

i do owe Turbo an  apology because i missed the post where he did give his comments on the fees in the video. i just read it.

The "senior citizens" , you refer to, are far from nice polite angels of civility and certainly don't have a monopoly on knowledge.

i am 60 so i am not that far behind.  they are great a lot of the time and i have learn't a lot from them. its just that we bicker a fair bit. onetrack in the background stirring as well. 

one day all three will see the error of their ways and issue me an apology.🤣🤣😁

You have Cause and Effect reversed. Don't shoot ME . I'm only the messenger. You are very good at dishing it out BrendAn.  I'm usually not that Long winded and  Maybe a Bit too terse for some but No-one is Perfect. The stuff I've had to put up with.  No one should have to, and I have Justifiably reacted at times.  Skippy, I've never made out I have a Monopoly on Knowledge But I do Have considerable experience  in a lot of things I write about and when I do I know I'm putting myself up before a wide audience many of whom would JUST love to bring me down a Peg or two. I have NO way of Knowing what you People Know, Do I. It's NOT a Pissing contest as far as I'm concerned. Isn't it reasonable that having had a fortune spent on my training  I Should give something back to the Industry?  Most of it is about safety (How Boring). Better to make a Joke about everything and everyone. When a Joke has a VICTIM  It's NOT a Joke especially when it's Slander and character assassination. Nev, the resident Lefty.
