I will no longer see those super-long (diesel powered) Coal-trains passing the rail stations every day, lots of driver's will be unemployed, I guess.

and were will they Dump the obsolete trains.

Has now got a "Lightning", Never to be seen again. Has a fishing mate, As a partner in the new venture. He's now a full VH pilot.

Went to "Flight Center" As they advertised "London $995" , Cheap!, until I said yes,

Then it was $2200, With one stop, Good I'll stay a few day's, (At Singapore) THEN, plus $1500 on top of fare !, with-out an Hotel.

How do you guys get better deal's, as this feels like a Ripoff.

If enough Coal user's decline, The price of coal will drop to a level were it will be cheaper to keep using it for a longer period .

The price of renewable s Will go up, as stock's decline.

I have seen a car 'push" started, with low & behold, two 6V dry cell "lantern" batteries, it worked, and when they ( we) connected the 12V car battery it charged it up.

The battery's stone cold, still connected, So hooked the Solar charger and it reads "13.3V to 14.7V" (jumping all over the place) but is not taking any charge at all.

I guess its another for the bin.

I think I had better get off this PC and check that battery is not overheating, in the garage, bye for now.

I thought "Depleting" Any battery was Not good in it's life cycle.

who knows, I lose an awful lot, one died this week, never let it go under 50% charge, then it was flat as a tack & won't recharge, when connected to battery bank it gets 7 volts only ( for a few minutes) when checked with 12 v 50 A lamp.

I have checked this & other sources Without any links to the Wirraway, Maybe they sent it to another museum, or sold for scrap, never knowing, is a bind.

Also Dad had an Avroe Anson, that disappeared in NZ. He bought two aircraft from South African Royal Mail, Long ago. When they arrived at Wello, the dreaded tax man wanted their cut, ( import duties) At New plane price, He just told the ship's captain to up-end one, DeHavailand Otter or Beaver, but not certain. the second aircraft was floated across a beach away from "Terror-office Eyes". I have seen the paperwork, & know were they went, log-books included.

I /We Left a Wirraway at the rail museum, Silverstream, Hutt valley NZ, I have tried to Google the place without any luck, so no idea were it went.

The other person in the deal to get that aircraft emigrated to Texas USA, To be a trooper.

Had a quick look!, The price seems the be anything from $500 to $2500, I couldn't see if it was "self-contained" or needing a power-source, & hard wireing .

I saw another one "in a pod & works on blue-tooth connectivity"

Anything is better than nothing.
