Cappy was in full clown makeup, occasionally doubling as Ronald down at Mackas, and occasionally accommodating the matrons of Nhill who were interested to try out his barrel, ahead of the turmoil of the Buck-Jump.

Cappy had "done alright for himself" in the week leading up to the event in Nhill, and had been invited to quite a few properties to show off his big shoes and his matching large .....

Not many people know that Turbo's need for the "bathroom" is fairly normal at about 5 am his time, and Cappy was relying on the fact that his great mate would be indisposed for his usual 23 minutes.

But worry not, Tubb, as Eeeaaan has doubled the prize for reaching 2000, and after all, it's only taken 18 years to get to where we are.

Somehow Cappy, who wasn't cattle-experienced, thought he had to lead them that way. The experienced cattle with Cappy in hot pursuit boxed up with this year's victims who had already heard cattle-rumours, and Cappy was running for his life, his big shoes going WOP, WOP, WOP. Then Luigi Manjioni, a part-time Ringer from Griffith, took offence at Turbo's use of the big shoe sound effects "WOP, WOP, WOP" and said "That's cultural misappropriation, maaate".

"I didn't author that" replied Cappy, "So have a chat with Turbo if you have a complaint, particularly if it involves sleeping under a cement carpark".

Turbo had been looking at the Drifter and could see what the problem was with Cappy's, he grabbed the false leg and tried to pull it off but it had been sewed on and wouldn't budge. He grabbed Nob's Samurai and with one SWISHHH! the leg was gone. Half the room fainted.

......and then he woke up. Drifters are that smooth. Turbo reassured him that Luigi was fine, and had taken Turbo duck shooting on the Rice. As for the sword, a miss is as good as a mile, but Turbo was confused about which position he had taken up other than Pilot with Cappy as the Navigator. Navigator........he looked around but nothing was familiar. He had assumed that Cappy was saying nothing because Turbo had the track right on the nose.

Where are we? he asked Cappy. Cappy spluttered.......not a good sign remembered Turbo. Cappy had marched a Company of Ghurkas down out of the Khyber Pass by mistake once leaving Turbo to fight off all the Khyers. He'd asked them all to come and sit down, while he tolde them a Jesus story, then blew them up with a bomb made from 1500 303 loads, so it was OK in the finish, but now they haad no idea where they were......................

Cappy has remained mates with every member of that Company of Gurkhas, even to this day, and they get together at Cappy's joint every Xmas for reunions and highjinks. That Company of Gurkhas are all great blokes and they recall the circumstances of what they call "Cappy's Great March" (Shown as CGM on their battle flag) rather differently to the way Tubb has described it (or spelt their name).

Turbo was talking about the Southern Ghurkas, not the mountain Gurkhas who'd cut your head off with a Kukri if you gave them any cheek.

Cappy knew, and still knows, this Company too, as he had supplied all of their miniature horses, and the little Gurkha sized saddles with the integral kukri sheaths.

When Cappy considers how good the Starbucks folks look, it makes him wonder about the new look that is apparent, based on the latest photos that he has received from both bull and Turbo, and he wonders 2 things:

1 - Did they both also negotiate a package of "work" that allowed them to remove so many years, and they certainly look good and improved at the present time ..... but Cappy is worried that they may both end up looking like Paul Hogan by the end of 2026.

2 - Why was Crappy not included in the package of "work", as he certainly needs some help.
