To that, the prospective millionaire buyers thought about whether they wanted to get involved in the fraught issue of light aviation and flying car politics.

Casa at this stage have not been appointed to control the safety of both cars and aircraft, and this is something Recreational Aircraft should watch very carefully, because they may be driving to the airport one Sunday morning and a little man in a grey suit will jump out when you least expect it and next thing  he's doing a ramp check on the Kia and that's the end of the Sunday flight.

He'd never seen one before, and all he had were the measurements, so he started drawing and by a miracle the Chief Draftsman said he'd never seen one that good when it was finished. Problem was, it was upside down so Turbo had to draw it again. He saw a lot of escutcheons during his drafting time, but he never saw a black one. Perhaps ..........

On the other end of the social spectrum, Cappy's sister wore an escutcheon (defined by engineers as a decorative or protective plate surrounding an opening), for many years into her late teens. Cappy's parents were somewhat medieval in their thinking, eating from silver plates and whatnot, but for some reason Cappy's sister's escutcheon was referred to as "Ye lockable personal escutcheon designed to discourage unauthorized access" and in modern day parlance was called a Chastity Belt.

Cappy hopes that his sister wasn't wearing the escutcheon that Turbo drew his picture of.

He was surprised at the manner in which his sister's CB had been so bashed out of shape when she gave it to him, and he knew not how, because she had a reputation as being a "nice" girl.
