    I had a mate Lenard Mansfield, who worked on the aircraft at the Milperra factory back in the early 60s. He had a full set of the plans of the aircraft at his place (across from me) I remember seeing them...back in the day. Bernie.

    My first solo much the same as everyone's. Except I had a RPT on the ramp waiting for me to land,my instructor had informed him it was my first. He/they congratulated me on my landing. Bernie.

    There has been a C17 flying low about a K from my place three times in this last week, I estimate below 500f. With no transponder on I can't see real height or speed, can't see on Flightradar 24. Bernie.

    How time changes...when I was ten I used to take joy flights at Bankstown, no parental needed. 10 shillings a time. Bernie.

    Mine also had another under the panel for air frame hours from memory only activated once 40 knots was reached. Bernie.

    I did back in the day achieve my flying certificate in that Gazelle and bought it. I made the trailer and was trying for fit in the Pic.
