Whilst driving in England,. . .
I noticed that "unpowered trailers" are not registered, whilst in Australia we have to pay exorbitant fee's.
EXCEPT child carrying bicycle trailer's, not even a warrant of fitness. Registered trailers are not allowed to have people in them at any time.

Only made a comment about my BSA, didn't want to make a new thread about bikes.
Many pardons.

Hi Nev,
I had a 1937 empire star BSA 250cc, with foot gear change, & it still had the bolt studs on the tank for the hand gear.
Was offered 1000 pound and any new BSA in the BSA dealer's shop.
Shame, my mothers boyfriend took it for scrap to pay his gambling dept.

I admire, Cornelia Clark Fort (February 5, 1919 – March 21, 1943) She was a US aviator who became famous for two aviation related events. While conducting a civilian training flight at Pearl Harbor,She met a war plane head-on, so wrenched the controls from her student's grasp and managed to pull the plane up just in time to avoid a mid-air crash. As she looked around she saw the red sun symbol on the wings of the disappearing plane and in the distance, probably not more than a quarter mile away, billowing smoke was rising over Pearl Harbor. she was the first US pilot to encounter the Japanese air fleet during the Attack on Pearl Harbor, She became a ferry pilot, then became the first female pilot in American history to die, while ferrying bombers ,another male ferry pilot crashed ontop of her aircraft .

How about? How many small, low power, home built, as per ultralight aircraft, or is it a sudo GA club and license.
Will we let "John Travolta" join with his recreational jumbo jet ?.

The F word was normal, then a queen said it was uncouth, so banned it, along with a few other English words, now we can't take a pixx, & have to urinate.

Just noticed that I lost a word from my post, it should have read " I'm Not watching the road", ( as my eyes are looking at the book).

I gave up trying to read a good book while on a trip!
The wife complains I"m watching the ROAD.
Audio books are good but mostly on tape.

And, some doctors will charge a lot more than the $80, to give you that happy look as you walk out of the medical centre.
How do I know this?. I got a S.C.U.B.A. ticket, while suffering with asthma, cost a lot to cover the Dr's axss

What would he do with it?. (F-111)
The super sabre jet I had my hand on was given to me!, (probably as a joke), but what would my mother have said if I had wheeled it home.
Same with the little American bird-dog planes, like an Auster. (had a dog with wings on it) lots of big American four engined bombers on the airfields.

Hi Nate,
what month will you visit Fraser island?.
I will be there in September, with my family & extended group.

Looks like a flint-lock "rifle". Or is it a smoothbore musket?
spacesailor

No. all oldies, the newest was a "super sabre" of the Canadian "C.R.A.F". when I put my grubby hand on it, it was fully armed & fueled. I being a young civilian, watched in awe as truck loads of radial engines went into the same factory.

I could be wrong!.
Taking numbers flying world wide, SURPRISE. the HummelBird has over 1,000 registered in the air. And only two fatalities that I know of in thirty years.
