That tells me that the US definition of democracy is "pro USA".
Congratulations on passing the First Semester Examination in the subject of Current International Politics.

"Left-leaning" has a connotation of rampant socialism or even communism. I suppose that if a country was happy to operate on a system where there was an equitable distribution of the value of its productivity, and that the citizens were happy to support each other though reasonable taxation, then the US would consider that system "leftist".
For the supposed leader of a democracy, His Orangeness seems to be real pally with some Totalitarians.

Dragon Rapide A34-47 (ex VH-CSN) disappeared on a routine flight from Mascot to Forrest Hill (Wagga Wagga) on Saturday 17th April 1943. The wreckage has never been found.

Just a correction of fact. The signatories to the letter are both retired from the military. That, of course does not make their prediction of civil unrest in January any less valid.
It is ironic that since 1945, the USA has held itself to be the defender of Democracy all over the world, and has been prepared to put its citizens' lives on the line in the name of defending democratic systems of government. Now the question is, will the same military might be directed at the citizens of the United States in order to preserve democracy and the rule of law that is the backbone of democratic systems?

Good Grief!
Going into National Parks!!! What is that environmental rapist thinking? National Parks are there to preserve our unique environments for the people. We just haven't worked out which people they are being preserved for.

I knew a poultry farmer who had a massive tom cat that used to patrol the layer sheds. He called it the Ball-bearing Rat Trap.

to translate the design and blueprints into Russian and metric measurements. No mean feat.
The Russians are a loving people. They wouldn't like a plane with mean feet.

Not to be confused with the legless Oomedoodle bird, so called for its cry on landing.

Ahh, you have indicated a little confusion in your mind, as regards bearing load-carrying shapes, OME.
However, relying on the wit and wisdom that perfuses this forum, I have ceased to suffer confusion of the mind and have amended the error of my ways.
But you will still find ball bearings in rod ends, and pulleys.

There are a lot of components in an aircraft that rely on roller ball bearings to ensure smooth, accurate movement. But how much do you know about those little steel balls that are the things that make these bearings work?
Here's a video which shows the processes involved in making those shiny little spheres.

That link is definitely one to bookmark for later in-depth perusal.

Oh and if anyone feels I am really f***ing mad, please let me know, I take on all opinions.
Not mad, but over-zealous. At the moment you are going at the whole game like a bull at a gate.
You obviously have either experience or interest in structural matters and material sciences, as well as your keenness to get into the air in your own aircraft. However there is a big difference between the highly technical aspects of structural analysis and going to buy a $100 hamburger, which is a main aim of recreational flying.
As Facthunter, an very experienced member of our community has said, " flying the PLANE and keeping a good watch OUTSIDE is paramount in U/L flying " . In the next few months you are going to be pounding the forum with questions related to getting your certificate, and there will be a crowd of experienced pilots and maintenance people to put you right. How about concentrating on getting your certificate first before your start diving into the minutiae of aerodynamics and aircraft systems design?

Good grief! Have a look at the Conditions of Use required by Canberra Airport Pty Limited. You'd get a better deal from Satan for your soul. If you accept their conditions, you virtually have no Rights except to park an aircraft on the airport and use the taxiways and runways (but not bad at $2924.36 per annum ($8.00 per day) if you are a permanent).

One minor correction.
I tend to agree with you there. A juggernaut in current English usage, is a literal or metaphorical force regarded as merciless, destructive, and unstoppable. This usage originated in the mid-nineteenth century. The English loanword juggernaut in the sense of "a huge wagon bearing an image of a Hindu god" is from the seventeenth century. The figurative sense of the word has origins in mechanics comparable to figurative uses of steamroller or battering ram to mean something overwhelming.

Anything is better than nothing, but here's the good oil from Shell. Other oil makers would say the same things.

Here's one bloke's story based on his own purchase;

Bigger than a P.51 Mustang, with an engine displacing twice the volume of the Merlin. Fastest dive speed in WWll. From D-Day until VE day, Thunderbolt pilots claimed to have destroyed 86,000 railroad cars, 9,000 locomotives, 6,000 armored fighting vehicles, and 68,000 trucks. In the air claimed 20 Messerschmitt Me 262 jet fighters and four Arado Ar 234 jet bombers in aerial combat as well as fistfuls of Me109s and Fw190s.

One of the dangers of our sense of smell is acclimatisation. Have you ever worked in an environment where a strong smell pervade? What about in a chocolate factory, or a piggery, or poultry shed, or a bakery? It does not take long for our minds to ignore a constant smell. Therefore, if you have a constant smell coming into the cabin, your mind will soon ignore it. Get used to smelling smoky air, and you will soon forget that where there's smoke there's Monoxide.
As an aside, in another thread about the Cessna Cardinal, there is a CO detector clearly in sight on the instrument panel.

MODERATOR'S MESSAGE:
There has been a complaint that one poster has used a term that, if directed at an identified person, would be offensive. The term was used as a generalisation, so I have rejected the complainant's report.
However, reading today's postings in this thread, things are starting to get heated, which can lead to personal attacks. I remind all that rigorous debate is highly valued here, but at all times, play the ball, not the man.

If you lived within 5 kms of an airfield, couldn't you go do circuits and bumps, or if you had an aerobatic aircraft, do sky dancing above the field?

The firewall is supposed to not only prevent fire from escaping the engine bay into the cabin, but it is supposed to prevent gases from entering the cabin. If I recall a recent fatal that was discussed here, the problem was CO poisoning due to unsealed holes in the firewall.
Here's a bit of bedtime reading: https://www.faa.gov/data_research/research/med_humanfacs/oamtechreports/1980s/media/am82-15.pdf
I am of the opinion that the owner has little aircraft maintenance/knowledge in general. Is unaware of that there is any issue and his maintenance provider would seem to be of similar opinion. How can you be involved in an activity that places often overbearing emphasis on safety, and not be aware of a basic fact. Even the Fire Brigade every Winter warns people about the dangers of unflued heaters, or fires in confined spaces. At work you can't even go into a confined space (drain systems etc.) without have received training in the dangers of toxic gases and the need to have a means of recovering an unconscious person.
I bet the log books for this plane were hopeless.

flight planning over tiger country?

First plan your trip to take account of the seasonal weather patterns. If those flights are recreational, do them at those times of the year when high pressure systems sit over the south-east corner. That will give you clear skies and gentle winds.
