Dan's melting moments- an apology

Last week I went off the rails here, and there's no excuse for it. I unreservedly apologise for the language and the agro, and I especially apologise to Turboplanner. 

I promise to stop and think when I post, and if I'm feeling off, just stay away until I'm feeling better.

I'm confident I've put my issues behind me. I've actually been so well behaved on another forum that they made me a moderator. I will endeavour to bring that level of decency to this forum.

Here's a good example of where something serious and rare and worthwhile is turned into a Joke in no time flat.  ( Just sayin)..  Something has been lost . So easy to do. Nev

I was not trying to turn it into a joke just trying to find a happy excuse for the author. Obviously he was going through some distress so by trying to add just a little bit of humour may have been some relief. There was nothing more intended than this

Mate - Don't beat yourself up over your loss of composure - You have been significantly provoked, over an extended period. You tried to reason, without success. Yes you failed yourself, however we all do that from time to time - not good but understandable. (Been there myself, on more than one occasion)😈

The reverse is true. I support Geelong, so maybe I've been bad because they were sucking 😄

Football is like a Religion to many of it's followers. Once you can BUY Players from everywhere, what's the Point?  As for soccer, I decided early in the Piece that Heading the Ball is not great for your Brain, so I stopped Playing Soccer. Nev

victorian teams are the afl . lions and swans are only fitzroy and south melbourne with a different address.😁

We have moved on from that, and like I said when they BUY Players, what's the Point?  It's just a business with a lot of money and HYPE involved. I watched a bit today. A lot of very FIT blokes but it doesn't do much for ME( and never Has or will) .  Nev
