facthunter Posted yesterday at 03:30 AM Posted yesterday at 03:30 AM When it stops it will settle on the correct and same numbers unless you Move the Plane. That amount of vibration would damage Most Instruments.. It's not acceptable. Nev
danny_galaga Posted yesterday at 06:16 AM Author Posted yesterday at 06:16 AM (edited) Yeah, damn that's a LOT of movement 😲 Can't quite think of the brand of mine, but I decided not to cheap out on it. It's American, quite a reasonable price and is OEM on Beechcraft etc. Now I've seen how it's NOT supposed to be, I think I'll be fine. Mine definitely dampens nicely 🙂 Edit: Air path is the brand https://www.aircraftspruce.com.au/catalog/inpages/airpath_compass3.php Edited yesterday at 06:20 AM by danny_galaga

You all do realise that I'm pulling the idle back to make it spin and shake. At 3000 rmp it's nice and smooth. Also yes I replaced it. It is been in the golf buggy for a few years now. 1
