  2. If anything, RAA has been abiding by a Magistrate's decision which is more than you seem to be able to do despite a number of friendly warnings designed to help you. You had your day in Court to sort it out, and a decision was made.

  3. I Neil Bradley was going to resign from raa 5 years ago but never did as I assumed that by resigning I would not have voice to bring the organization to heel

     

    the failure by raa to investigate the repair of the said air craft 24 4524 that was not in accordance with the manifactors manual or raa rules and regulations or cassa rules and regulations

     

    the failure by raa not to abide by flight safety regulations is a breach

    raa have been made aware off that fact

     

    please does anyone have permission to alter the installation manual off rotax power plant with out permission off rotax

     

    yes the testing of motors for aircraft is done with everything attached the as per the makers specs on the motor the minute that you deviate from the makers specs it becomes a boat anchor neil

     

     

  5. is this a failed certified engine

     

    now the builder of your aircraft claims that it is a certified engine but has not put on the aircraft (for the sake of this debate ) the exhaust system from the maker of the certified engine is it still a certified engine neil

    The most valuable lesson from it all to me is if it does not feel right than it probably isn't but more importantly is to take an instructor with me and actually learn the full capabilities on my airplane before I try them on my own..

  7. doesn't need a re-weigh and balance, when you know the weight of the added material, and its moment. then you can amend the W&B paperwork BULL

     

    check out flight manual you will find that it is mandatory for a new weight and balance on the installation off a repair to an aircraft neil
