NightMare
Easy fix!
Change seat & get a mate in the left seat, then you can do lots of things, not so easily done on your own.

There is a lot of Flying sites on FB!
But you pick what you want from that menu, and either ignore or bar the rest.

ALL my mobile calls are $1 per 30seconds, bit expensive but hardly used $ 5 per month when I was on $10 p month contract.(12X10=$120 p year)
This Telstra long-life prepaid is $ 70 p year,(70/12= $5.8p month)excess rolls over on the next $70payment, the wife's on Aldi prepaid.

Not with this government ,Casa & Raa,
Something will have to change as stagnation will bring about revolt.
Too many flyers are grounded by bureaucracy, Too thick a neck smacks as picking on the deformity "Goirter" (Derby-Neck) is an infliction of the Thyroid gland.

They did that on the " de Havilland Comet"
Put it in a large bath to test the decompression effects.
Then scrapped it!.

The NZ system stinks for victims of negligent actions!I was burnt with 50 percent, due solely to negligent actions.
Three weeks minimum wage by employer followed, by four weeks by government then onto the DOLE, for the long wait for assessment, for disability allowance,if any!.

What is "superseded-Certified Amateur built" 28
Is it the 95-10 prefix ? when the new/old rules pushed them off that prefix?.

"Regarding the thread on 25 Nm radius limit for RAA pilots without Nav endorsements".
Can I put this out about training & the 25 Nm limit!
My old flying club has a satellite facility at Tarree NSW.
this from the committee:
" SRFC Hi All,
"At last nights general meeting it was put forward and agreed that we conduct training one weekend a month out of Rylstone Airpark,"
Now that;s a lot more than 25Nm, and Tarree is further still,
Same plane same instructor but a new & interesting place to learn from.
I hope it's still running.

"will either do something else, (give up) or have to re establish an organisation reflecting their original aims."
I did that, gave up,
Now, where's that New organisation, that I can take my plane & self to!.

HummelBirds can also go onto the "experimental register" then can be 750 kgm and no wingloading. When you HAVE payed for registration (was on the 95-10-register) then told, no you cannot have it, it gets to you.
Nobody has shown me how to calculate the "wingloading of, The SpaceShuttle for it's vertical takeoff, or the jump jet that can hover.
The fact they are not in our category to suit the bureaucrats & lawyers.
Depression is the reason to "put the boot" into what was their dream, from retirement for five to ten years watching it take shape, only saw the one on the scrap trailer, plus told of one too late to salvage anything. it was registered Interim before that date but was told, the grandfather clause didn't apply to INTERIM regisration
and seeing hundreds of flying HummelBirds overseas.

"A weight increase would make it safer and cheaper to build".
As the cost of aluminium is higher then steel, more steel framed aircraft should be safer, like steel framed houses,
Safe as houses!, LoL
spacesailor

RAA wants more aircraft/pilots,
16 HummelBirds were on my builders list! before the "wing-loading" fiasco, thats quite a number to take to the tip.scrap metal.

"RAA can't do aeros so having an area for us to do so would be pointless"
\But when the GA crowd have their new weight increase in RAA, they will want everything now in GA put into RAA.
Under the hood for ifr & aerobatics Included.

I agree "solder & twist the wire and put heat shrink insulation over the joint. If both ends are properly tinned first & the twisted joint and then fully soldered there is no better way IMO."
But I cant DO these type of test due to lack of education.
But can and do pull down & repair motor engines, starter's, alternators, and brakes,
because it is interesting!.
Failed my general aviation, stupid answer to "what causes icing" Moisture?
Bad place for icing is Darwin while great flying at McMurdo Dry Valleys in antarctica
Also loft, laminate & carve my prop's
