I met Rod a few years back at the Sandfly airstrip. If you're on this forum Rod, or anyone here knows him, I'm a big Spitfire fan so would love to see the build sometime.

Speaking from experience, you may have been right the first time!

What a fantastic effort. The only down side is that it won't have that famous Merlin V12 sound.
