Seaplane crash at Coila Lake Moruya 11/08/22

Two men were winched to safety by the Westpac Rescue helicopter after their seaplane crashed into the lake and sank. Reports say the plane flipped, but photos show it upright.

Maybe it "flipped" horizontally.  Dug a wingtip/sponson in or something.

A flyer from Mackay ,landed gear down and the plane sat on it's nose and dived like a submarine , smashed the windscreen in ,but stayed afloat half submerged .
