Had 3 nice spring weather flights in the Nynja over the past 5 days. Nigel from Victoria who built and flys a Nynja, my daughter and today with my wife to see whales. Saw 6 all up, 5 in one pod (3 adults and 2 young) and a single one. Scenery of today’s flight.  

(I need to spend less time doing aerobatics and more time editing the reverse shots so they are right way up:)

Attended the Mackay Aero Club poker run in the warming up spring sky. Gusty wind and the hilly area made for some turbulent periods. Everyone made it around without incident. Great to catch-up with friends. Thanks to the organisers and the four host airfields and their ground people. Smiles all round and a nice bbq to finish of the day.
