Yes, and yes and yes.
IF they haven't, they have about 27 days before D Day.

I just took the front bracket and the rear bracket off the format. Put them back on and you'll have a quote encapsulated.
What often happens is someone deletes the signature and with it goes the
end of quote code so it all appears as a shaded area.

They'll mail it to you, and that dingy office has some big teeth DGL.

I think you might have got a Financial Report Zibi. The Annual Report contains all the breakdowns, (or should which is a very sore point with me), is on ACT Government forms and is about 25 pages.
-
Good point airsick - the members own it.

FoI would cost you more and they might black some sections out. It only takes a couple of weeks to get them from the Department and that is Public Knowledge.

No, these are comprehensive financial documents, which cover a lot of fine, telling, detail for any Incorporated Association.
-
Recreational Aviation Australia Inc. is owned by the members; CASA don't own it and would be taking risks if they engaged in the way you are suggesting.
The first priority is to get the CASA audit failures corrected.

Pete, the Annual Reports are available from Department of Justice. If you get them for 2008 to 2010, I guarantee you'll be flabbergasted.!

Today if you cripple someone you have to pay for it. Then you could laugh at them in the wheelchair their parents sold their house to buy.
It's also not just about insurance claims, do some checking on what CASA will do to you now.

"That's the way they talk" said Turbo, "you have to mix in with them, but don't worry the whippersnipper engines they use will never get them above the barbed wire, and the lowest part of the aircraft is their balls, so they're self-regulating really."
There was general nodding from..............

They are the cold hard facts - actions in the control of the Pilot - RAA failures don't have anything to do with the chain of responsibility there.Self righteous and self opinionated as usual Turbs..................BAre you suggesting the facts should be hidden from people?
They should be given a wink and a nod?

The Pilot will lose his house and all his assets as he should, and in knowing he was doing wrong will do some prison time, as he should.

Well you own RAAus...............

John, Sue has not caused any problems and doesn't deserve to be dragged into this in any way. She has to keep a job, look after her family. She also has to walk a fine line regarding any criticism of board members.

There you go FT - complications already.
I don't see why CASA should have its fingers into a self administering body anyway; DIT is not involved in motor sports.

I'm trying to get him out and sticking up for those aircraft.I got moderated for less than that. What is wrong with Ozzie's plane? I would like to see more of those and the LSA's thrown out the window after all which of these brought on all the groundings.I agree about the LSA's, it all sounds like a bit of a worldwide scam to me, the whole concept, and if the RAA Members had not been denied a vote on it, I don't think RAA would have the mess it has today. This may still come to haunt a few of the past and present board members, depending on who is out of pocket and by how much.
