Bureaucracy rules!, remove all safety equipment to reach the wing-loading goal, to be able to register as 10-xxxx.
No brakes or suspension no instruments, and a two lts plastic container for the fuel, safety take the rear seat to comply with the RULES.

Competency's all well & good, but a new pilot ( Jab/Foxbat), getting into an untried homebuilt is something different,
The new aircraft will be looked at, & looked over by all and sundry, but as soon as its going 100 klms down the runway it wont be the same as
your training aircraft, no experience & unknown handling character's, has I believe given one old pilot a heartattach in his HB.

No wood or fabric?, Aluminium Burns brighter than a Hindenburg (Luftschiff Zeppelin #129; Registration: D-LZ 129),
The English found this out in the Falcons war.

Li-fe-po Perhaps the newer lifepo batteries, would be better (for everything) as soon as the price reduces, to reasonable level.

Yes the airports coming, If they show the public the proposed flight path, there will be a lot of people selling up, & moving out !,
ME included. Little prop planes don't shake the houses like jumboes do.

If I wounded a deer (stag / hind) in NZ and the authorities found out, I could And Should cop a fine for cruelty.
To get a second shot at a rearing animal you have to be Bloody quick.

You mean a gun that you don't take your hand off the stock for that second shot, when you wound the quarry, & you need to put the target down properly.

Ozzie, the girl you spoke of nearly died and I believe two others did die, after they were swept up in a thunder-storm.

there's a box full of (new) "DUNLOP AIRCRAFT TYRES 18X5.5"
for auction in Hexham (Newcastle NSW) by Slattery auctions.
It must be a large plane ?,
Unless it's a print error = one "8X5.5", who knows till some close checks it out as there's
probably 20 in the box.
