Is this RAAus registerable

I have specs on an aircraft with a MTOW of 472.5 kg and a stall speed of 35 kt flaps extended, but has retractable landing gear only. Am I right in assuming this can only be registered as VH? It is no longer in production, should I raise a profile for it?

Some amphibians have retracts and are registered with RAAus.

There are plenty of RA retractables The Pioneer 300 is one and it has been around for 20 years.
