Do you think all the bushes need to be larger diameter or just the flaperon ones?

Phil, if you're going to the trouble and expense of upgrading the bushes, maybe ask JG3 who has already worked his way through this?

Update, I had the new Teflon bushes made oversized with an outside diameter of 8mm. This should provide additional bearing surface area. I have Teflon bushes for all the moving surfaces.

Looks good..just make sure you centre the holes properly before you drill the brackets out otherwise the pivot points wont line up properly
