Sure, Not everybody likes ME. I GET THAT but they don't really KNOW me as often happens on line. I don't feel this forum is as friendly as it was way back. It's Ian Baker's Forum. He is the Main reason I've stayed Here. IF you have a bit of time just go back about 12 years or so and compare. Also Aviation is Not what it was either. Those days are Gone. Training has not got Better and People are deceased and injured as a result. THAT should be addressed because it's such an Unnecessary waste of life and Hope.  IF your basic training is Lacking you Might be carrying a time bomb which at some time may let you down. Be ready to review HOW you do things.  Be self critical But not devastatingly so. Safety is My "thing". Your EGO/Pride can be your enemy .

   An absolute fortune has been spent on my training as applies to Many others I've been associated with who fly full time as a Job. I'm as Passionate about U/Ls as I am about anything. I don't have things to Prove about aviation and I'm STILL Learning. You Never stop. It's not a burden. Comprehending is way better than doing it by numbers. ACES of bases may have feet of CLAY  You can Pick a person who's faking it Pretty easily. Being in  a critical situation in the air sorts them out When you want them, there's Nothing there. They Know it and you Know it, and they KNOW you Now know it, and never want to look you in the face again They are never your friend again, even though YOU saved the day.  Well you are NOT likely to hear this sort of stuff from ,many people and dinner calls.
