EJJ is the Cavalier that flew from NZ and was based at Heck field , the owner built it in NZ he was a German guy Gunter it ws in the same hangar as our aircraft

On my last trip O/S on the return leg to Aus (bear in mind that the cabin crew come around a few times with rubbish bagS) the trash that the peeps left on the floor was disgusting, these people would not throw rubbish on the home floors, and i shall say it, mostly people from India, and Asia, disgusting grubs

And the freight was very reasonable

Paid 50% up front and 8 weeks later prop was ready, i paid balance and prop was delivered 1 week later overall the time was 2 months

This prop was made for my engine Meglin recieved all the specs and manufactered fit for use,he has a solid rep as a prop maker, prop has not been fitted yet engine requires mapping of ecu will be installing in the next 2 weeks

So far my scratch/own design build has cost me $46,000 ,that engine ,instruments all material, wheels&tyres,brakes,prop, etc , ,some of the costs for raw material that i am seeing is getting ridiculous, 6061 alum has gone through the roof as well as 4130cm, i purchased most of mine before covid so it was ok price , i could never afford now to buy material to start a build especially a kit, i have souced lots of parts as used and then refurbished myself , fusalage is completed and painted, wings just about finished then to test firing engine and sorting ecu mapping, all electrical tested and working (no smoke) then to get Lame to sign off paperwork and hopefully start flying testing by end of year, (my wife asks me what am i ging to do then LOL)

So far no extra medical requirments ,class 5 medical was easy ,just answer the questions and produce drivers licence medical cert

Yes 76 , yrs 77 this year ,no tests other than what you might need for your driving licence , i have a class 5 easy to get
