You can normally find a s/h one on Ebay.... as I did for reasonable $$$$'s. Here is one on Ebay now: ICOM IC-A22E VHF AIR BAND TRANSCEIVER - eBay, Other Radio Equipment, Radio Equipment, Electronics.
