SKIPPY, do you have this style of brake with the full circle of friction material? It would be possible to replace that with 4 individual pads,  ground to size from cleavland or matco etc. New rivet holes could be drilled if necessary.

Concerned about the changes in TO'B manufacture, I am researching for future repairs/maintenance. My brakes have only just over 200 Hobbs hours at this time & still look/work okay.😈
