If its a home built aircraft, your CFI will not have the choice - (unless rules have changed) you can not receive instruction, in a homebuilt, that you did not build.😈

Yes it is a 19 rego kit built. And that is no problem. You can't do your RPC in a home built unless you were the builder or assisted in the build as we have discussed before. However you can do all your endorsements in a homebuilt without being the builder. 1
