eyescastskyward Posted March 28 Posted March 28 G'day, Im looking at getting back in the air, having had some minor experience in a C337 in my teens. As a 40-something now, obtaining my RPL through RAAUS seems to suit my future plans. In terms of aircraft, I've always loved Jabs, and again, I think that if I were to venture into aircraft ownership in the future, it would probably be J230. As i'm basically starting my flight training again, with the view to eventually flying between SA, VIC & NSW, im also looking to do my instrument rating over time too. Ideally, I'm looking for a safe and competent instructor (possibly younger) with a Jab who would either like to build their hours as an instructor, or maybe someone semi-retired who would rather fly 2-up, especially on the odd cross-country. I am a current member of RAAUS, and am both safety and checklist-focused. I am also looking to gain experience in UPRT, AQP and dmms in the future. If you think that we can potentially work together, please feel free to send me a dm and we can talk further. Obviously, im happy to pay whatever your going rate is. Pic for attention 😎 Ben 1
facthunter Posted March 30 Posted March 30 (edited) Instructors have to operate under an FTS ( Fiight Training School.) Look up the Lists of schools. Plenty of Jab 230's around. Nev Edited March 30 by facthunter typo 1

Griffith Aero club have jabirus. 1
