Seems I cannot get away from having to build a kit, and get tit RAaus authorized and signed off for op in CTA. and 500-1000 hours to build an aircraft

 

 

I think you cant get CTA with a amateur built RAA aircraft..can only be a factory built with a transponder. If you build it and register as VH as experimental and add the transponder then you can. But not in RAA
