Although being aware of the Storm Chaser movement locally, I have just learned of the extent of available info from the official Australian Weathercam Network.

 

Having high definition webcams set up around Australia to monitor up to date local weather conditions, with updated images every few minutes.

 

There are also links to weather radar, forecasts etc etc in easy to understand language in (real time).

Check this out for yourself as I feel it is a invaluable tool to make Safer, Better informed decisions enroute while flying both locally and on cross country excursions.
