  2. To be fair, it is actually an 8E.....all metal. Restoration should be complete before the end of this year by my reckoning. The Luscombe kit lookalike is still underway when I last checked, although I am not sure of the actual projected timeline for availability. Fly safe. JJ
  3. Hey mate, I just noticed your old post re:Tyabb luscombe for sale on bladeslapper. I purchased this aircraft, what info are you after? JJ
  4. Hey Riley, I purchased the said Luscombe from Tyabb. Feel free to PM me if required.
  5. Nice ride Alan, I am hoping to get out to Truro for a look at the field with Dave Searle one day, maybe I'll catch you for a coffee! JJ
  6. Hi Alan, fly for the most part out of YMBD, Jabs/Lightwings.....usual fare. I see you are in Adelaide. What field do you regularly operate from? J
  7. Yeah Ginger Beers are definately on the endangered species list Mat, I reckon you might have dodged a bullet staying out of it....I wasn't a P3 blackhander though, I plied my trade on plastic parrots and draggies...all of which are now extinct...
  8. Hi Kaz, I'm in Adelaide, been in the Air Force for 23 years as an Aircraft Tech and Flight Engineer (still serving), and been Ultralighting (L2/flying) for about 10 years for the fun of it.... Thanks for your warm regards peoples!
