I've been lurking around here for some time now so I thought I'd better say hello. I started my training in December and so far Im up to 6.9h in the Tecnam at Bendigo FC. I finished uni last year and I've been working for a few months so I now have the money to finally go and learn.

My last 3 lessons have been in the circuit and Im feeling pretty comfortable now. The warmer weather has made it interesting with some crosswinds, thermals on final and plenty of bumps, all good experience. The Tecnam is fantastic, Im looking forward to getting my cert and flying off to far away places!

I suppose thats what makes Bendigo a great place to learn, usually its quiet but every now and again there is a bit of activity. I was there Saturday and there were plenty of aircraft coming and going, also had another Nanchang and a Yak around which made for an interesting line up on the taxiway.
