Yenn Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 A lot of the old GA planes used an external venturi, but I am not sure of the size. 2" ought to be OK i think.
facthunter Posted September 7, 2009 Posted September 7, 2009 True. Place it where it gets a fair bit of wind off the prop then you will have the instrument functioning on the ground (with a bit of luck. As Yenn says the old aircraft ALL had them. (before they had electrics and vacuum pumps.) Nev.
