Bubbleboy Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Hi all...does anyone know the story with the Airstrips at Macksville and Nambucca on the Mid North Coast of NSW? I didnt realise they were there until my inlaws mentioned them. Does anyone know who looks after these strips? Regards Scotty
kgwilson Posted January 27 Posted January 27 The airstrip near Macksville is to the West of the Pacific Highway and if you know where to look you could see it as you drove past. It is a private airstrip. It is over 10 years since I had any knowledge of it so it may no longer be there. No idea about Nambucca. There is another private strip near South West Rocks. 1

I thought looking at Google Maps the Macksville strip was East of the freeway?
