Have never had the chance to finish my license and fly the thruster, but am planning on doing so at the start of 2024. In the mean time i will be needing new wing skins for the t500 and am hoping there is current info on Aussie manufacturers. How do we stand folks? Anyone making them or zre we needing to source from sailmakers? Cheers..... Pete 2
BrendAn Posted September 18, 2023 Posted September 18, 2023 i spoke to someone from horizon sails in melbourne 2 yrs ago. he said it was no trouble for them to make thruster skins, they have made trike wings and various ultralight skins in the past. i guess they would need your old skins for a pattern. there has been a lot of talk about a lady that worked for wingtech making new thrusters skins with the wingtech patterns but i have not heard if she has actually made any. 1
