RFDS chief executive Nino Di Marco told Fairfax Media the pilot had been flying two patients between Bundaberg and Brisbane when he lost contact with air traffic control for 13 minutes.Once he landed he was given a drug and alcohol test and tested positive for a substance which is banned by the RFDS.
