Green Laser on Approach at YPPH

Just heard approach on 123.60, advising in comming AC that some MORON has been shinning a Green Laser around the Approach to runway 21 at Perth ( YPPH ), this is not the 1st time on that approach, that this fool has done this, time for authorities to catch the offender.
