Pricey Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 Hey Guys, Opposite direction parallel runway ops in use this afternoon. Etihad, Thai, and SQ all departed from 34L. While BA departed off 16L. Have seen the smaller domestic stuff do this often - but not the big guys... Thoughts anyone? [ATTACH]17903[/ATTACH]
Guest Darren Masters Posted July 4, 2009 Posted July 4, 2009 Pricey, good shot. Probably just wanted to get away for his 'slot' time and have minimum fuss. Would have been offered by ATC or requested by the pilot. There have been other large birds depart from here but as you notice it is not that often.
