Guest Darren Masters Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 All here are some pics I took from Ardmore Airfield Airshow just South of Auckland yesterday (Saturday 25th April 2009). Was wet and windy but that did not prevent me driving out there to have a look. Was quite a good turn out considering the weather. Chainy and Glenn, there was quite a bit of the sound of round so you would have enjoyed that! My personal favourite was the Extra! A tidy looking machine!!! Cessna 172R ZK-VAT touching-down. Warbirds lining-up. Grumman American AA-1C Catalina NZ4017 (ZK-PBY) Warbird. Extra 300L ZK-XRA.
