Russians at avalon ?

A strong rumour is the participation of russia in some form at avalon which i'm told is the reason for the no show of the F 22' s which are on our doorstep and the secrecy of the lineup this year. The Usaf will simply not put them up against the russians in any form ( read the red flag 08 report )
