nzom_pilot Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 Its showing on the Sydney airport website arrivals as UA839D which makes a little more sense to me than A, but Im sure both are acceptable, to the airline. What this usually means is one is a delayed flight so gets the D or A added so as not to confuse, it with the one scheduled for that day. So I'd say 839A is yesterdays flight delayed and 839 is todays flight. Does this help?
