Toll 737s

I've heard from a credible source that there are 3 737 freighters in BNE the moment being painted, and will enter service flying up the East coast for Toll.

 

Does anyone have any further information on this?

Interesting, the only thing I heard was a few months ago, a press report suggested that Paul Little (Toll) said "enough, lets do it ourselves (freight)". This is not an exact quote but the gist is that Toll were using services that their competitors were...I think, if my memory serves me correct.

 

Therefore, I'm not surprised at all, kind of pleased though to see more cargo planes with a different colour scheme.

Airwork NZ have got the contract, they plan to base a 733F in Perth, MEL, and BNE i believe at this stage. I have not yet received any info if they are in the country or not. They will be placed on the Australian register.
