A RUSSIAN Soyuz spacecraft has blasted off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, carrying an Iranian-born space tourist and Russian-US crew to the International Space Station.Live television pictures at Mission Control near Moscow showed the Soviet-designed spacecraft lift off into a clear blue morning sky at 2.09pm (AEST).
