Activity at Cowra Airport Today

VH-SEV - Channel 7's Eurocopter and VH-NTV - ABC TV's Eurocopter were in town to do a story on the sacking of 29 workers at the abattoir.

 

Also one of the largest aircraft Cowra has seen was a Convair 580 owned and operated by Pionair. Rego is ZK-KSA

 

I got to speak to the pilot of the ABC chopper and managed to get a look inside. Sadly I didn't get to have a look inside the Convair but I did get up close and was able to walk around and under it.
