Great idea, much more fuel efficient than surface launched rockets - although not nearly as impressive to watch / feel of course.

They can get back to their core business of climate data manipulation and Moslem outreach whilst hitching an occasional space ride with the Russians when they have the room.

Paul Allens' got plenty to play with, and I'm sure he can see the enormus commercial potential of this project, when it become a success.
