I work for a Virgin contractor... but having heard a few of the members here showing interest in REX cadetships I have asked several pilots flying REX freight their opinion of the program. I haven't found one that has been through it themselves yet but they have all said in their opinion it is a worthwhile option. I recently met another young guy going the commercial route... he is studying aviation at UNI. Apparently taking this route allows you to use HECS to pay for the licence.
