Bridgy89 Posted September 19, 2018 Posted September 19, 2018 Hi guys, I am flying to Roma on Saturday and was planning to stop at Begonia Station on our way through but apparently the owners aren't going to be there so looking for somewhere else that is cool we could stop at. We are flying from Caloundra YCDR. So was looking to find out if anyone has any suggestions on somewhere good to stop? Maybe like other stations? Cheers, Kyle.
Bennyboy320 Posted September 19, 2018 Posted September 19, 2018 Did Caboolture to Roma last year, we stopped for a break at Chinchilla, good sealed runway, aeroclub facilitates were available, however you will need to BYO coffee & snacks.

Bridgy89 Posted September 24, 2018 Author Posted September 24, 2018 I ended up stopping in Surat, was well worth it with an interesting runway and excellent coffee only 15 mins walk to the other side of the town!
