Aluminium corrosion neutralizer?

My main gear leg was probably hit with a small rock chipping the paint.

 

The area around it is now starting to "swell" the paint.

 

I want to sand it and repaint before it gets bad.

 

Is there a corrosion neutralizer I can apply first? Any experiences with this?
