Welcome Geoff. Havn't flown into The Oaks, but I drove in years ago. Looks good. I remember years ago doing a conversion to a Fairchild Argus and flying in that area. The instructor asked me where I would land with an engine failure. I pointed out a cleared area which looked good until he informed me it was the Lyon park.
