Recently, NASA's space probe, Curiosity, landed on Mars.

 

It found no traces of Beer, Porn, or Footy.

 

This makes it very clear that men are NOT from Mars.

The recent comet lander scientists were surprised to find that at minus 157 degrees the comet was frozen as hard as rock, and the lander bounced. Duh!
