I flew over it yesterday, it would appear that there is a large section of taxiway yet to be completed.

Supposed to be fully operational by the 17th of November.

I reckon they would be really pushing to get the remaining asphalt done by the weekend, but I guess it could be done, with a lot of O/T, but no problem at all to have it completed by mid November. They appear to be going at it 7 days a week.
