Members may ask for items to be included in the Agenda. Only matters on the Agenda can be actioned at the AGM. You will get the Annual Financial Statements and the President's and Secretary's reports well in advance of the AGM.

 

 

 

There is an item on the Agenda (Item 8) that allows for Questions from the floor but, if you want the best, most considered response it would pay you to send your questions in to Secretary Tony King well before the AGM.
